Who We Are

Righteously Wild is a Christian men’s ministry built around a simple conviction: men need brotherhood. We bring men together to follow Jesus, speak honestly, and help one another live out their faith in everyday life.

Meet the founder

Seth Appleton

I’m a husband to Kassi, a father of three, and the founder of Righteously Wild.

My background includes a degree in Recreation and Camp Management, serving as Executive Director of CrossView Christian Camp, and working in church connections ministry. I’ve led teams, developed ministry programs, managed budgets and facilities, and brought volunteers together around a shared purpose.

The Roots.

The roots of Righteously Wild reach back to men gathering around a campfire—sharing food, opening Scripture, and talking honestly about life. We called those gatherings Philio—Brotherly Love. Those relationships planted a seed that stayed with me long after the gatherings ended.

Over time, I felt God calling me back to that work: creating spaces where men can be known, challenged, and equipped to follow Jesus. I’m still growing as a husband, father, and disciple, and I know how much it matters to have faithful men walking beside me. That is the brotherhood I want others to experience through Righteously Wild.

Faith as the Foundation

We believe that stepping into the wild—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—pushes us to grow. Adventure sharpens our character, teaches resilience, and inspires us to live boldly for God’s glory.
